Every shipment enjoys a complimentary full insurance coverage on item’s value (excludes shipping cost).

However, complimentary full insurance coverage for shipment to the following countries is unavailable. Complimentary insured value for shipment to these countries will be capped at SGD150, excluding shipping cost. That means customer will be compensated SGD150 or less depending on the item’s value, whichever is lower in the event of lost or damaged shipment.

All shipment will be assigned with a tracking number. For local customer, non-obligatory viewing and on the spot dealing is possible.

Shipment entering countries outside Singapore is subject to custom’s inspection and duty/tax of the counties. Customers are responsible for all additional statutory expenses imposed by the countries. Shipment may delay due to custom’s inspection.

All items in stock, delivery within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday except public holiday (Singapore Time). Although every order is shipped within 24 hours, shipment may be delayed by logistic company during festive season. Please place your order in advance to ensure your parcel arrives on time.
