Hermes 70cm silk scarf Jewel Square knot, also known as Carre Bijou on the knotting card, is extremely easy to make and yet so elegant. Simple is timeless, simple is classic. What else can simple represent? Sophistication. One must not confuse sophistication with complication.

You may wonder is it worth my time and effort to create a scarf tutorial that is so straight forward? Yes, as long as it is one of the many scarf knots on Hermes knotting cards, I will make a tutorial for it.

I was using an 8-shape scarf ring for Jewel Square knot. This scarf knot works wonderfully with a 70cm or 90cm square scarf.

Steps:

1. Make a Base Fold.
2. Pass each side of the scarf through the individual holes of the scarf ring. Adjust the knot.
